We have this dresser that desperately needed a makeover. I decided to give it a fresh coat of white paint. My handsome husband had to help of course. :) This is the dresser before being sanded going in the same direction of the grian with 2 different sand grit. The first was 60 grit (course) and the second was 80 (medium), the husband suggests sanding a 3rd time with a finer grit to achieve a smoother finish but I didn't have the patients.

I really love before and after pictures don't you? If you have a piece of furniture that you're sick of looking at and a brand new one is not an option, use your imagination and make it over.
